Enjoy more than 40 years of Christmas folk art by Auntie Josie Chansky.
Favorites include a Christmas tree made from 7,500 green toothpicks and wreaths
formed from egg cartons. Opening Ceremony: December 5, 6:00-6:30 p.m. Local
choirs, Lighting Countdown and Santa & Mrs. Claus. Lights on Rice Parade at 6:30
p.m. Through New Year's Eve, enjoy Auntie Josie’s collection at the Historic
County Building, as well as the Park Lights Extravaganza and Santa & Mrs. Claus:

Waimea Lighted Christmas Parade 12/20/2008
The first Christmas was celebrated here and Waimea Town goes all out to
celebrate with street front lighting and the annual parade. Enjoy the town each
night after dark. Christmas Parade is Saturday Dec 20 at 6pm. Come early,
refreshments and entertainment following the parade. Event is sponsored by West
Kauai Business & Professional Assocation and area businesses.

Reggae Lovers! Top level music education in the reggae genre open to musicians

vibes to play authentic reggae music and to unite people of all races and
